Can anyone tell me what the heck this error is from Ninja??!!

Hi all,

I am trying to use Nija Lister. After I upload everything to eBid, I get the follwing error:

Auction 1 Error : User 'TCCSales' has a user level of 'SELLER+'. Standard auctions can only be started by Silver Members.
Auction 1 Error : STANDARD and PLATINUM auctions are only available to SELLER accounts. SELLER+ accounts should use FREE or GALLERY.


Now....What the heck is that?

Any help on how to fix this would be appeciated.

It suggests you're selecting the wrong auction type or extras.

More likely that you have the wrong account type selected in NL under File > Edit Settings.

Just checked the settings within Ninja, & they have me set correctly.

As for adding anything extra, I haven't done that either.

I simply did what I have done in the past.

- I exported the Turbo csv from within Turbo
-i mported the Turbo csv into Ninja
- brought the items to "good to go"
- & then clicked "upload good to go auctions"

Several minutes later, all the listings show up with the error shown above.

All worked well in the past; but is NOT working now.

What does it say in the Feature column of NL for the problem listings? Has it imported the items as Gallery or something else?

P.S. Going back to your OP...I don't know where the 'Silver Member' bit is coming from, that user level does not exist any more does it?

Within "Feature" in Ninja lister, all the listings show "standard" (I did not put that there, it is just there!)

To be honest, I never even heard of Silver member at all.

Ninja does have me set for Seller+ in its settings.

Clearly something has gone awry with the import. Maybe forward the TL export file to admin for investigation?

Quick fix for now...edit one listing in NL to Gallery (or whatever) and then use the Copy Field To All function to change all the rest in the set.

The metallic memberships (silver, platinum, gold) were before my time. You do see some members still have them (Gold anyway) but I don't know if they can actually sell using them. All the ones I have seen have had no listings running - so maybe not.
