Where are my listings?

I put lots of books on for sale, and when it said which shop do you want them under, I selected "For the love of books". I have just gone onto that shop as if I were a customer and it shows that I have nothing for sale in that shop? What has gone wrong?

I see one book in that store. If you've just recently added listings to that store, give it a little more time for the system to update. Plus, make sure the store is online.

Takes a while for some to upload. My first bulk upload went in in 2 minutes, the second one (which was far fewer items on a different day) took about 10! I think it depends on how busy the system is at any one time.

I will have another look, but it's been several hours since I put them on and not minutes. I did check and the store was on line, but I'll have another look.

I looked earlier and your books were listed but were not included in your store. Looks like you got something a bit wrong at the point where you select your store and shop-category.

I have looked and the store is online, all the books are listed under my user name but not my shop.

When I added the books (I've just tried another one, but not completed it) it asked me which shop I wanted to add my item to, from the drop down menu, I selected my book shop so I'm not sure what I did wrong. Is there anywhere else I should have put it?

Okay but how can I now get my items into my shop that aren't shown there?

I'm sure feebay wasn't this confusing I wont be beaten though!!!!!

Ooh...... One has appeared..... Better go and look at it to see what I did different to all the others!

I've sussed it, for anymore numpties out there like me! Yes I am blond, and at 45 maybe I can be classed as having a senior moment too! Double the trouble.......... I selected my shop but didn't select the category in the next drop down box! Now I have to go and edit every single book..... boo hoo....... At least I never gave up and I'll learn from my mistakes (that's unless the senior moments worsen!)

Hi Lisa,

I see two books in your bookshop. To add the others individually, you can just edit and add to your shop with the drop down menu.

Or, you can use the bulk edit function in My eBid, to create an edit bucket and process them all at once.

Edit ... Good, I see you figured it out while I was posting.

Thanks Marie! I didn't see your bit about edit bucket though. I've never used that before, so I'll have to have a play around with that next time.
