    Unhappy I've Paid but seller wont respond to emails or collect PayPal money or send goods

    DO I get a bad mark if i cancel sale and payment as seller wont respond to the 2 emails I have sent since 18th and yet money has been sitting in paypal since then but "Unclaimed" I want the goods as hard to find yet seller has not spoken at all. Can I just cancel sale and Paypal without repucussion? (Sorry for spelling)

    Firstly i would cancel your paypal payment & get money back.
    If the seller won't communicate with you, then unfortunately there isn't much else you can do.

    Ok Thanks Jane. Was buying this item for a friend but this was only place we could find it :-( will have to look again. Can I leave negative feedback so others dont get same problem I have had?

    You can check when they were last seen by clicking on About This Store (when you're in their store)
    What a shame your first experience (I'm assuming) is a disaster. It's best to check that they're about before paying (asking a question is another good way of checking). I'm sure your next eBid experience will be perfect!

    Cancel the payment, leave negative feedback, report to eBid. These so-called sellers give the rest of us a bad name.
