i have tried various ways of selling fomats on here and wondered what everyone beleives the best way

buy it now only

buy it now & auction

auction only

any suggestions as not getting bids or sales (my spiritual site kept it to buy it now only)

Both together for most of my items, but depends on how you want to market your goods

It depends on what you are selling.

Somethings suit auctions, some things people want to buy them right now.

We need to use BIN's for Google to pick up our listings onto their shopping site.

For an item that I expect will get a lot of interest and bids, I list as an auction and let the bidder's go at it :-) Otherwise I like to use buy now.

I do BIN only. I don't like to wait 3-7 days or however long you run your auction style to sell. But like already said it depends on what your selling. Myself as a buyer I almost always purchase BIN listings. Again I hate to wait for an auction to end.

I do Buy Now and auction. Auction because it may attract the occassionaly "competitive" buyer who likes the idea of bidding (and also helps give buyers that "great deal" feeling). Buy Now because that's what gets my stuff listed on Google, and of course many people just want to buy, not wait about for an auction to end. My sales are about evenly mixed between Buy Now and auctions.
