    I left my feedback as soon as payment was made. I contacted the buyer over about their feedback saying how unfair it was but still no reply. And yes I have altered my feedback accordingly to which I will gladly remove/edit if the buyer would just take time to reciprocate my communication.

    You changed the feedback you left to a negative now because the buyer wont communicate with you about his/her opinion on an item.

    Never realized that you could "downgrade" feedback here. I thought the modify option only meant you could change the wording or upgrade.
