Changes to paypal for the US in November The infection spreads

I have had problems with buyers claiming items not received via Paypal. I,m convinced that the paypal system like ebays is biased totally in favout of the buyer.I;d far rather buyers use another payment system that I have confidence in, it galls me that some pimply kid who doesn't know me or anything about me can decide I'm telling porkies on the evidence of someone else who he knows nothing about either but accepts everything they say because its 'policy'.
I've been in business a lot of years,a league table of problem makers would start off with ebay and paypal right at the top and ebid right at the bottom.Another list of crummy service would end up exactly the same.
