Feedback Not Importing

I have joined Repatoo, created the account from Ebay and Ebid, have green checks by both, have requested feedback import from Ebay to Ebid, started all this last Friday morning. So far have not had feedback imported. Does anyone have any suggestions? I emailed Repatoo but have not had any response from them either. Can anyone tell me how to email Ebid to tell them of the problem? I can't find any email forms.

Just a thought, go into My ebid. My options Right hand side.
My Feedback.
Click on import feedback.

Yes I am having the same problem,ive contacted support maybe you should do the same.It must be another problem they are having.

heres the msg i got from ebid -

"We are not seeing any verified accounts at repatoo. Please go to the repatoo site to register your related account details. Once completed, please send the information again and we will update. Best WisheseBid Support Team"

I see green check marks , also i added ebid...what am I doing wrong? I have also sent a msg to repatoo - no response.

When you say 'I added eBid', was that before of after you requested the import of feedback? If after then you will need to make the request to import again. As your Repatoo account displays at present the import should happen if you request again now. If it doesn't then the problem lies with eBid and not anything you are or are not doing.

I have just signed upto repatoo and imported my feedback from ebay total time 5 mins so all is working.

Then, as said, you will need to request the import again. You need your eBid account registered and validated on Repatoo at the time you make the import request.
