Error:Option 1 is not valid for your country

This problem has been here for a week now.

When I try edit any of my auctions i get this error(Error : Option 1 is not valid for your country) yet there is no problem with the postage I have it as included in price.
Please can you fix it,it has been mentioned before.

Well all my auctions it wont let me edit just keeps say the same error.Explorer(version 7) and windows XP
