Another twist in the saga of Google Shoppng search faults ...ughhh

There is a possibility that Google realise this is the same product from the same seller and will only show 1 in the results.

We're aware of the missing eBid Store name in the results. We're speaking to Google about this at the moment.

Can you all leave auction IDs for items that should be on Google Product Search/Shopping and are not appearing at all under obvious search terms, we'll investigate deeper.

Here is a start: all are missing on google shopping but bedspreads popped up once last night on google search (asking for ebid bedspreads) and now are gone:

We have been fooling around with searches since last night and can't see much rhyme or reason or common elements. Did the doily search on google shopping ten minutes ago, and none of the above showed up. Several members tried and got nothing. My store Lake Lassie Vintage Linens does not show up anywhere on google shopping. But four other ebid stores do (which is probably why all my 777 auctions appear to be missing if my stores are not appearing)

Thank you for working on this for us. Sales have been lower but with Halloween, and the election, I did not think much of it, so not sure when this started.

Same here Delta..been so busy lately with other things, I am not sure when this started. I did notice, in the past, the seller ratings were wrong and some were listed as being from the wrong eBid stores if they had anything at all. Like many, I was just happy they were there. But now...with so many missing...not so thrilled anymore.

Is it only for the US sellers? No one else seems to have a problem? Makes it odder. Well at least we know they are working on it.

Well I am off to the PO. I did get a big sale over weekend, not sure how the new seller found me, but I am getting the box out today!

DELTA...I check your all items and all your stores on Google and I can see without any problem any of your item...I use always AOL Internet and if I need to go in Google I search on AOL Google search I not have any problems and I never use Internet Explorer or go in the net with Explorer and I use this in the past 10 years never problem,never virus,never pop ups and similar stuff...so in the end not only yours item I mean I can see any item for any Seller if I need...I use Cable net no telephone stuff cost me $45.00 a month plus $12.00 more for only AOL net including virus software and all checks up and similar stuff AOL monitor my comp in the net not me if problem come up or anything AOL is responsible for that,but after all I don't have any problem in the past 10 years...I always say ''You get what you pay for''...

Congrats on the sale. Already handled my PO trip this morning.
I also had sales over the weekend, but with how things are going..I think they found us in Google Search..Not Google Shopping. It seems the listings are showing up just fine there.

Very strange because I get buyers off of google all the time so my other stores are accepted? My listings are all exactly same listings and offer. Buyers get free shipping on second item and I run a monthly sale which discounts price by certain percentage. That does not go against any google rules per your link, I charge a flat rate shipping domestically and a calculatived for international. Others give multiple discounts and have sales too.

The fact that I have checked hundreds of time and all my linens are on google is really odd. All my items in all five stores are exactly like this I use the same template. I got no email notification of the refusal. have 775 items in five stores, what is affected and why?

What can we do about this?
