Why am I getting big red notices about 2 months overdue invoices (all of 53p) when I have a credit card (expires next year) on file?

It's a bug. Caused when fees exceed the 40p threshold and there are accumulated fees from previous months - this triggers the erroneous sending of the email. Admin are aware and fixing. There was a thread about it earlier.

It wasn't an email - just a big red notice when I logged into 'My eBid' - made me jump!
As long as it's glitch, I'll ignore it.
The bug reported, and being worked on, was in relation to red letter invoices being sent via email. It could be connected to your experience or could be a separate issue.Originally Posted by Anniemcc2
