As a child I did head then arms but now I do arms then head - as it is easier and stretches the garment less.

Arms first for me and I buy shoes if I don't have an emergency pair for when my only other pair fall apart
Depends - if I'm sober, then headfirst (like most things I do), but if perhaps slightly inebriated, then feet first!

I'll have to join you with that missing gene including shoes (flat and comfy) and shopping (I hate it; I tend to accumulate a list of odds and ends that I can't get locally and when there really is something "I need now, urgently", I do a trip to my nearest big town and run in and out of all the shops where I can get the bits that are on my list - no lingering or browsing.
I do arms first, but hubby does head first.
