Purchase was from Ireland, but seller lied, shipping from China

Thank you Tias Treasure and also Suesjools. I will start the ball rolling and see what happens. I was reasonably ok and having to wait a while for the item, but I just feel so taken in, that it has really annoyed me that he can be so blatant. All his replies to my mail have been polite etc, but even so in the latest one sent last night he know says and I quote:
"Another thing I want to explain is that I post your item to my local post office, and then your item should be sent to international air port in capital city, pass the custom Check, then your item will be shipped to your country. That's why you find that your item is not shipped until 7th"

Having made the purchase on 27th November, site says despatch within 24 hours, and he told me it was sent on Wedsnesday 1st December!

How frustrating!! And rude.......I hope you get it resolved to your satisfaction, and that the seller at least corrects his/her listings to reflect the facts. Good luck, and best wishes...........................

Agree with HerMajesty and hope you get this straightened out sooner rather than later.

Sellers like this we need like a hole in the head.

Well, from the sounds of this seller, he/she just plain 'slipped up' and didn't get your item packed and shipped in a timely manner. Be patient and it'll get there...eventually!!

Iwiw, you may be right. I guess I'm not as holiday happy as I thought I was.
