Stolen Merchandise

I need to vent. I had an order for a small rare book. I packaged it and got it ready to ship, then put it and some other things in the car. Off to the city I went. In the midst of my errands, it and the other items I had in a small box was stolen from my car. I feel terrible. I pulled all my items from my store to see what else is missing. I issued a refund to the customer, but oh do I feel terrible.

I am so, so sorry to read your horrendous story. How awful for you. What a terrible way to start your post-Christmas sales.

Sorry to hear that. Seems like it's getting worse every day.

That sucks, but not your fault, so don't blame yourself. Thank goodness most folks aren't that dishonest.

How upsetting for you, If it is not nailed to the floor, it's gone. It's is a sign of the times and lots of people now days just have now pride.
