The Purple Preview Thing

Does that purple band thing on the preview new auction annoy anyone else, or is it just me?

Maybe I'm missing the point and it serves some purpose.

It sure does make it hard for an old gal with bad eyes to do a decent proofread ... and I have enough trouble with that anyway. lol

Not crazy about it myself, I understand why it's there, but I do wish it were a lighter color.

It does go transparent if you move it about.

.. used to bother me... but once I realised I could move it about and it 'faded' I don't really notice it anymore!

I just read through it. It used to bother me but I am now used to it.

It helps me to remember to press the last button to post the listing, expecially when I am disturbed in the middle of listing.

Well, I can't say that I've gotten used to it. Even when it fades, it still bothers with my vision.

Not that it will ever be changed, but I agree with the OP.....drives me NUTS...always has...always will....sigh....

It drives me nuts as well.
(Even though it does go kind of transparent).
Like you say, nothing will be done about it, I am sure that I have read many complaints about it in the past.
