The width or colour has never bothered me. But, it is like trying to hit a moving target to start the selling. Why does it need to move? Or am I doing something wrong?

I'm a rebel. I like it a lot. It warns you of any extra options your about to use and pay for plus the fact it follows me around when I'm checking my listing and has 2 links I can use immediately instead of scrolling up/down to locate the submit/revise links.
