    Default Please Help! Can anyone tell me how I remove a picture from my eBid?

    I am just start out here at eBid and I have uploaded a picture on my eBid and I would like to remove it can anyone tell me how I go about doing that.

    Is it in one of your listings? Open the listing, click on edit/close, then delete the code for the picture and it should be gone. If it is just in your gallery and you haven't used it, you can do so, otherwise it'll stay there

    Thanks for your response no its the one on the all about me page. I can not seem to remove it or edit it.

    Hi storm and welcome to eBid.

    For some reason the only way to remove a pic from your about me page is by uploading a new one. To get over this I made myself a blank pic - just a plain white square. If you upload that it will override your current image although you may have to wait up to 24 hours for it to change.

    I think once you have a photo, it can only be replaced.

    The picture will be uploaded immediately but your browser will continue to show the cached image until you refresh it.

    I change my picture every so often with no problem.

    Thanks so much for all your help, I was worried if I tried to upload another picture over this one I would have ended up with a larger mess. But after reading your posts I feel much better about this.

    Did ya ever notice that the guys will always load their recent old ugly selves but the gals always seem to load some fantasy pic, an amimal, a toy or a pic of themselves when they were maybe six years old? Hmmmm...
