Default Ebid really needs more musical instrument sellers

Ebid really needs more musical instrument sellers.
As of 2/7/11 there were only 4,032 items in the Musical Instrument Category most of which are not instruments but books, magazines etc.

Musical Instrument Forum is very quite also.

I have noticed the following areas are also far too empty.

    Photography
    Toys

These are popular categories for buyers, and if they come to ebid and there is not much there, they will go elsewhere.

Also shy in Video & Computer games, Dolls and Bears, Baby stuff, Sporting goods and Business & Industrial.

I'm not surprised at the strong categories on ebid but we need to somehow find a way to get more in the lacking categories.

I guess after reading the Forums hearing concerns the categories seem to be the best way to calculate how ebid is gaining.

Agree 110%. Have been trying to talk my bro into parting with some of his many brass instruments (mostly trumpets and t'bones) but so far no dice.

Will keep up the pressure, though, that's what big sisters are for.

Best wishes for many sales to all,

video games unfortunately is not somewhere where things will improve rapidly, there are so many other ways of getting cheap computer games in the UK that it no longer seems cost effective to list in this manner

Fantastic, up to 4,069, only problem is we are going to have the same problem other sites have had. I just clicked on Musical Instruments and then clicked on drums. Now you don't have to be a musicain to know decals are not drums.
I don't know about anybody else but I get aggravated real quick when I'm on line searching for items and end up paging through page after page of things I did not search for. When I searched for guitars I ended up with a whole lot of guitar magazines to page through, not cool may turn off some new folks. If you are putting something in a category then you should make sure thats what it is. A guitar is a guitar a magazine is a magazine.
Our wholesale lot category is kind of hysterical take a look at the wholesale lots ebid has to offer. I stopped looking after the first page then went to my other wholesale lot link to see whats new.
