Thread: expensive or cheap guitars?

  1. #1

    Smile expensive or cheap guitars?

Which do you think would sell better on ebid? Expensive, high-end guitars for the collectors or less expensive, entry level guitars. Curious to hear other people's opinions and trying to wake up the musical instrument forum a bit
    Cheers

Not many of us here yet. I have both. Right now a Fender Starcaster and a Gibson Les Paul views on both no questions no bids yet.

LOL! Now that would definitely boost sales/membership.

Not sure myself, although I suspect the less pricey models would appeal more to generalists and there might be more generalists/beginners out there than collectors, though I certainly wouldn't swear to this.

As regards jewelry, I find the less pricey pieces tend to sell better, although I do stock pricier items in my jewelry store.

Best wishes for many sales to all,

if they are not, they should be, they'd find some awesome guitars on this site. They would probably do a pretty good job promoting ebid aswell - next time I see them I'll ask them

It's a 2006 discontinued model "Vixen" They made them for a short time with another model called "Goddess" both were aimed towards the female guitar player and for those who enjoyed the Les Pauls but didn't want the weight. The Vixen weighs in at 7.4 pounds
