If I click on BID HISTORY it will show each bid, including if it was a proxy bid. Plenty of information on that, though I too wish the number of bidderes watching an auction were displayed.

Well that just goes to show that you learn something every day.
And that you don't want to believe everything I say.

Now it's May, I want a site where I can sell items. Ebay provides such a site. Ebay is a success, I don't think the same can be said for eBid. While ebid try's not to be like Ebay the buyers don't seem to want to be on eBid. I really would like to be on a successful eBid.

coulect - I don't see that you have any auctions running.....................do you think you have auctions showing? I went to the CA site, and still nothing showed. Can't sell if it's not listed. Good luck!

If ebay is such a success why are hundreds of sellers leaving it ?
It used to be a success.

We'd all like to be on a successful ebid, so we all need to list as much good stuff as we can. and get a positive word out there.
Some people come on ebid and sell within 2 days, others don't.

Ebay is succesful but charges for the privilage the fees are high and the rules and regulations difficult to understand.Sellers are moving in their thousands to Ebid and you have to ask yourself why. The cost of selling here means higher profit, true that their are not the buyers as yet but give it time things are improving every day. 90% of my sales are to new ebid users and im sure that if this is my experience its the same for many others. This site is growing and its a much more friendlier place to sell. Depends what you want really high sales high fees and low profits or slaes which make you a profit every time. Its your choice really I personally would prefer the money in my pocket and not in the pockets of the people who run ebay

Good luck with your selling wherever you choose but I hope its EBID. the future of this site is in the hands of sellers the more people who sell here, the more buyers we will have

If you click on/open an individual auction listing, (not your own auction), you can see if it has bids; if you scroll down the page at the bottom it shows bid history and bidder IDs.

As stated above, if they're your auctions in My eBid auctions running you'll see green ticks next to the item(s), if no bids have been placed there will be red Xs.

    Hope this is some help.

Happy Mother's Day and best wishes for many sales to all,

I do understand and agree with you. Ebay means more sales but less return to seller and more to ebay. I feel ebid need t advertise self more. Just had 2 sales since coming on ebid and i had to bring a customer from ebay myself. Check out my Gift Items
