All about me pic will not load new one

Having tried several time over te past few days to add an up to date pic to my all about me page i think it must be a glitch. It uploads the pic and displays it fine, but when you check your all about me page its reverted back to the old pic even though its saved the pic tag :/ Not a huge issue just very annoying. I tried to do a few months back with the same result so its not just a temporary thing.
