    IE is a bag of nails and is the cause of more problems to page coders than anything else. It does not follow industry standards and goes its own merry way. That is why you see page code full of lines like <!--[if lt IE 8]> and one CSS file for IE and one for all other browsers. If you want to code a page you write initially for the likes of Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and Opera. You then go back to see what does not display properly in IE and bodge the code to make it work in IE.

    All PC Systems that are new now have the choice of browsers, IE isn`t the default browser installed, it went to court as Microsoft had the monopoly, which was unfare to other browser companies.
