I am new as well to Ebid (ran like hell from efee) but wondering if I am doing my store correctly. I will warn you....it is an Adult Store, but I am looking for a critique.

The first item I came across has a shipping charge of $223.68 to the UK ????

You refer to RMA when talking about returns, I for one dont know what this stands for, and does it apply to all countries you ship to.

I hope this helps, Oh one other suggestion, when you say "Please Contact Us" you could add "By Asking A Question Via The AAL (After Auction Log) Drop Down Menu.

Thanks so much MPS16 I will check into that shipping....I did not place that number in their so not sure where they come up with that......is there a way to manually change that? I also took your advice on the return policy. RMA stands for Return Merchandise Authorization number like a tracking number, and I placed that by asking a question......sentence in there as well. Thanks for you help I appreciate it!!
