More Bulk Edit options?

You can already do that in Bulk Edit. Just ensure you select Overwrite or Add correctly.

I wonder if this is different in UK and US eBid Bulk Edit forms? I am not having this show up for me, and I thought it used to many months ago when I first joined.

Yep -- that's not showing like that for me anymore. The countries just aren't there. Even tried ticking "Add", but the countries still didn't pop up. It's the same if I am in Firefox or Google Chrome. No international countries for me to tick in Bulk Edit.

I wonder if it is only the UK that has it available?

You'll need a fellow American or Support to answer that. I cannot see the page as you would see it, as our shipping setup is different.

Just a quickie about Bulk Edit.

Is there a function to allow you to "Find and Replace" text in you listings similar to what you can do in Excel etc.

That would be really useful for to be able to bulk alter some text in my listings. Is this possible - I had a look and couldn't see anything but wasn't sure if I was being a bit slow.

Yes, there is Description (Replace).

It is restricted on the length of text you can replace in one go though, and you need to work at HTML level - as what you input to be replaced must match exactly what appears in the HTML source of the listing on eBid.

Easiest way, if you normally use the WYSIWYG editor, is to View Source of one of your listings and Copy & Paste the relevant section of text to be replaced into the Bulk Edit field.

If you are familiar with Excel (or the Open Office equivalent), it is often easier to export your listings, edit them in Excel, and upload them back to eBid with the Overwrite option set.
