    Question Feedback etiquette

If a buyer buys multiple items at the same time, what's the etiquette for providing feedback?

Say they buy 3 items and all goes well, do you give them 3 positives, or 1 positive and 2 neutrals (explaining that they are related to the positive sale).

I give a positive for every item if they are all paid for and this is what I would expect myself as feedback if the seller left any at all. If I got a neutral I would not go back to that seller

I would leave 3 positive fbs for 3 positive transactions.

Best wishes for many sales to all,

Why would you leave neutral if all went well?? THREE POSITIVES, definitely!!
I think neutral is for times when things went..............just ok, but could have definitely been improved upon. Unless the person doesn't pay within a reasonable time, or tries scamming you, I think that most buyers deserve a positive. If issues develop later, you can often change the feedback. But, if they have upheld their end of the deal.........it should be positive!!!
    Ta-Ta for now!

I cannot for the life of me imagine why anyone would leave a neutral for a transaction that had gone well !

Not sure that I explained myself properly.

They buy 2, or 3 or whatever items - but they buy them at the same time. To me that's a single transaction.

So since it was only one purchase, one payment, one set of correspondance, do you give them one positive feedback, or two or three.

I'm not suggesting that they just get ONLY a neutral, I'm just wondering that since you've given them 1 positive, do you give them 2 more for what is only one transaction.

So far I've been giving multiple positive for multiple items, was just wondering if this was how it should be.

Yes I would give 3 and hope they give you three as well,
But I gave 3 to someone and only got one back

As soon as someone pays (regardless of the number of items) I leave positive feedback - they have completed their side of the sale as far as I am concerned. It also is an indication that their payment has been received. Whether or not they leave feedback is their choice.

I think **** has messed with our minds on this one. If a transaction goes well and everyone is satisfied I think Positive feedback should be given for each item they purchased. And hopefully they will leave you positive for each item as well. But like Buttons some of my buyers only leave one feedback no matter how many items they bought.
