I personally leave feedback as soon as I've shipped my customer's items.
Buyers would generally leave feedback when they receive their items in the mail.

Hi - everyone has a personal choice - there is no right and no wrong.

As soon as a payment is received I leave feedback - lets the customer know their payment has been received. Post as soon as I can then 'mark as shipped'.

As a buyer I leave feedback once item received.

Im not telling anyone what to do but myself i try to leave feedback as soon as i can after buyer has paid reason being there part is now over , as for getting return feedback about 70% return it, about the same % when i use tio wait for feedback first.

Not realy that odd feedback is optional you don't have to leave feedback also the site is free to join for buyers so if you spot somthing in a google product/shopping search the all you have to do is sign up as a buyer and bid/buy the item you want they may never return to this site again so feedback may not matter to these buyers

On here, as a seller, I leave feedback when payment has arrived and I have posted the item. If buying, I leave feedback when the item has arrived.

Originally, as a seller, I left feedback as soon as I could, but now ask the buyers to leave feedback (on the comp slips) as an indication that their item has arrived safely, I then leave my feedback for them - but I still only get about 75% leaving feedback - but that's only my system.
