Question What is a reasonable length of time

To wait to hear from the seller?

Ive purchased something and asked the seller to provide the invoice, what's a reasonable length of time to expect to receive that information in?

Hello Loopy , unless the seller has something in the listing telling you it might take x days or a holiday notice ?...I see no reason why you should not get the invoice in 2 or 3 days....just my opinion.....and welcome to eBid.............. papa.

Sorry Loopy, I also should have said Hello, welcome to eBid and the Forum. I didn't mean to be rude - just a tad busy this morning. (.....slopes off feeling ashamed.....)

    Hi and welcome to eBid.

Agree with Papa, unless stated otherwise IMHO you should receive the invoice within a day or two.

Best wishes for many sales to all,

    Welcome!

I agree unless there is a holiday notice, in which case you should not have been able to purchase, 2 or 3 days should give a seller plenty of time to get an invoice in the system. Don't pay for the item until you get an invoice in case they are not active on the site anymore. I would also report item to the administration if you don't hear in a reasonable time.
