Buttons, I've been wondering whether to look at this for most of the evening. Have just had a really quick look at your link and switched back having glimpsed the picture.
I have no idea why anyone could do such a thing. All I can surmise is that the are truly bad people with minds like we can't imagine. It is well known that such people, those who abuse animals, can grow up and abuse (or worse) people. I despair sometimes at the acts we regularly see in the media. Those acts are always worse when directed towards the defenseless i.e. children, the elderly and animals.
I don't know what the answer is, all I do know is that moral standards seem to be slipping ever downwards.
Do you think I should take it off, I come from st. helens and it made me want to go home and give it a hug and some money for treatment.
That's really horrible Buttons, poor little thing.
Some people are so sick.

I'd luv to catch them and ........well best not say here
Life is serious but taking it too seriously robs you of
happiness, fun and productivity
I just cannot bear cruelty to any of Gods creatures - big or small, tame or wild.
I have rescued and reared abandoned/neglected/orphaned dogs, cats, rabbits, baby swifts, hedgehogs etc - even saved flies from being trapped in a spiders web - but this is horrific. I just cannot believe it. Who on earth could do this?
Got to go, too upset ......
I only saw the picture for a couple of seconds, I couldn't read the article.
Were did it happen and did they catch who ever did it,
I'm not going back to find out.
It was in St. Helens, Now part of merseyside that used to be Lancashire.
They haven't caught them yet and the vet hospital managed to save the cat and treat her, the police and the RSPCA are involved, I saw a picture of the cat after the vet had treated it and he/ she is gorgeous. I so hope they catch the scumbags........thats all I can call them on here
Well you know what i am like over animals Shezz. I mean who else would have you sending PM's to Holly ( yorkie ) while I was out at the hospital. if I could drive at the moment I think I would be tempted to go back home and see the pussy cat and give that poor woman something toward that horrific vet bill, it was £300 at 6 last night so god knows what it is now, I know I haven't got any money but I would find some.
