E-Bid has locked my account up to do a "random due diligence check" and is demanding documentation. My scanner doesn't work to send them documents requested. HOW DO YOU CONTACT THESE PEOPLE?? ANYONE KNOW? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
