My first listings!

Thanks for your advice on joining a few weeks ago - I'm listing my first batch of 25 items today, with a 'tester' up at the moment. More to follow very soon!

Sorry, may have been a bit over-eager earlier. Got the hang of the Ninja Lister now and 25 items are there - hopefully 25 more to follow later (once I've got the cleaning done). Again, if anyone has any advice or comments on my listings I'd be grateful. The style of the site and how it looks to buyers isn't familiar to me, and I'm not totally sure what all of the features in Ninja do.

It's worth while to have a gallery picture which will cost you 2% fvf, but only if the item sells.

Try looking at some general cd listings on ebid and you will automatically ignore those that do not have a picture. Then you will see what I mean when I say it is worth while to have a gallery picture.

Yes I noticed that you don't have gallery pics either.
CD's and DVD's seem to be a very competitive area (lots of listings)
So you need to make them stand out.

As regards your actual listings, I wonder if all that red and blue text makes them look a bit gaudy (jmho)
But then again if someone wants the item, what the listing looks like should not make much difference.

Thanks for the advice - Platinum listings have been added! I'll figure out how to do that in Ninja for future listings so I don't need to do them one-by-one.

The colour point's a fair one, too; is there a way to add a feint background colour into listings? Not sure if there's a great deal I can do, I just wanted to avoid it looking too plain B&W.

Obviously they did not want to pay a monthly sub.
If they had made some sales.....
But then again CD's and DVD must be a VERY competitive market, with very little profit.
