I did not know there was a support staff. That is great. How and where do you submit requests that will be heard and implemented?

Suggest things via New or Ghost Category thread. If you have some issue, and it's not addressed in the threads, the FAQ's (found by clicking the help button top R of any page, then look at L column of next page), then submit a support ticket (via help) or email support@ebid.net.
All requests will be HEARD..........it's up to them to decide to implement or not, and, if so, when.
