I am new to ebid and I can't seem to find ebid contact information anywhere. Can someone help me please?

Hi worldclass.....
If you click on the 'help' tab (top right of screen) you'll get the available options for assistance, including (if needed) the ability to open a 'ticket' with support. Administration will then notify you by email, (maybe asking for more infromation etc), but they'll help you through whatever issue you're having. They're generally quite fast (a matter of hours), but your particular issue will be dealt with depending on 'priorities'. Hope this helps.
