Revising item quantity from 2 to 1 or 1to 2

Hi, Every time I revise the quantity of my items I have problems changing the quantity from 1 item to 2 items or 2 items to 1 item. When I finalise the
revised item it fails to register back in my listings. This does not happen with any other numbers when revising quantity. I think this needs looking at as I sell my items on other sites and have to revise the quantity on a regular basis.
