AVG that is, now using Avast and found my PC is running faster with Avast than AVG

AVG is more of a virus than an anti virus.

Avast is so much better and safer!

If you can all convince me that Avast is the better of the two, then I will do the same.

However, I have AVG Tune-up installed which I find very good for weekly clean-ups etc. Presumably that would have to go when I ditch AVG?

I've used AVG in the past, then switched to Avast a while back. Got to say that I find AVAST the better of the two - by far!


MOSTLY COOKBOOKS: I use Advanced SystemCare for my daily - or weekly - tune-ups.

Used them both - avast messed up my computer some time back - big conflict problems.

I have now used avg professional for 3 years now and had no problems at all.

I have AVG and have never had a problem withit, unlike Norton which was terrible

And I have Norton, which I would never trade for anything else!!! Different strokes for different folks, I guess. Prob depends on what you do, your OS and programs or phase of the moon or something.
