No - Not had a whole thread deleted......tho threads do get deleted sometimes if there is something someone feels is offensive. I meant that I've (thought) I posted a reply to something, then later saw it wasn't there.

Without knowing context it is impossible to gauge if the deletions were for a valid reason, an error, or a software issue.

anyway, ive put the post up again.... and will again, and again, and again, if it IS a human doing it, they'll get fed up deleting before i get fed up posting!
No, because at the point they head towards getting fed up, they will simply ban you from the forums.

Rather than being belligerent, why not seek an answer from admin as to if there is a reason the posts are being deleted - assuming you don't already know a good reason why.

OK, think I can answer this, (being the offending potential customer); as I answered your auction plug it was likely deleted, we're not supposed to do that, and I know better, too. Apologies from this end, it won't happen again.

Best wishes for many sales to all,

This one (http://www.ebid.net/forums/showthrea...69-Lexus-owner) is a candidate for deletion, as it is in a forum not designed for promoting your items/stores. Its purpose is for matters relating to buying and selling - and not advertising. The same goes for speciality forums (e.g. Coins & Banknotes), they should not be used to advertise.

The only forum you are allowed to advertise in is Plug Your Auctions. One thread only and one post in any 24 hour period. (Ref. Forum Rules: http://www.ebid.net/forums/announcement.php?f=126&a=3)

You are allowed to use your forum signature to promote your store(s), but should not promote specific items by that means.

People posting to your Plug Your Auctions post can get it deleted. I feel that depends on who is sitting at the admin desk. Sometimes they seem hot on it, and other times not. For that reason, some sellers close their threads in Plug Your Auctions to prevent others responding and the OP falling foul of admin by that means.
