You should have received an email about your purchase. Also, when you go to MY EBID on the tab above on this page, you will see something like Auctions Won. If you look there, you should have their contact info at the bottom of the page. Also, there is the After Auction Log, which has drop-cown choices you can select....like request invoice, send payment, ask a question, etc. This is a good place to contact them, as eBid then has a record of what is going on, in case there is some problem. Good luck.

The seller in question still has outstanding questions from April.
Firstly how did you pay?
Did you wait for invoice or pay straight away?
7 days is ample time for the seller to reply to you and send the items out.
The item in question was listed back in March but the seller doesn't have a store so no way of checking when they last logged in to eBid, it could be you may have found a dump and run seller.
I suggest you open an INR through paypal if that's how you paid, email support to ask for the contact number of the seller maybe see if they answer your calls. give them til monday afternoon and if no joy file a complaint and report to ebid support.

Why is this thread on this forum?
How long has it been since you made the purchase? Not all sellers are on eBid 24/7 and some sellers do take holidays without giving notice, (not saying this is what happened, but it is a possibility).
You can contact the seller though the AAL (request invoice) or through their personal e mail address given at the bottom of the listing. If you have made a few contacts with no satisfaction and/or a reasonable period of time has elapsed, you can contact support: support@ebid.net to report the auction. You can also file a claim with Paypal (I believe within 30 days of purchase) or your credit card co. to get your money back.
Good luck and best wishes,
agreed with the above. You can also double-check with your postie delivery office to see if its arrived but needs a signature - the posties should put a card in your door to let you know, but I have come acorss instances where they havent, so just double check.
Fingers crossed it turns up OK
