I think it is going to be impossible to tell until it happens. It would have been nice to have some information about how this change would work.

I have one Paypal account but 5 Paypal email addresses so I can have some payments sent to different addresses if the purchases, say, are from separate stores and one store is a charity store.

I might use two addresses here now that I can do it and my charity sales payments should all get sent to the same address and I can work out more easily which payments go where when I do my accounts

No the e.mail he is referring to is the e.mail that is verified to your paypal account. You can now have more than one attached to one paypal account. I myself have 3 running into one paypal account. Like the original poster said it makes it easier to see where the money is coming from when checking through your paypal accounts if you use a different e.mail for a different store/website as I do.

Started off with just a personal account which had to be upgraded to a Premier account to accept card payments - this is now my micropayments account.

I then opened another personal account, which is now upgraded to Premier
