    Thumbs up Great Support..and on a Saturday!!

    Thank you to Ebid support for solving a ghostly setting in a handful of my listings (due to technical error) which I spotted on my invoice received from eBid today. Though not knowing what the cause is, they have managed to reimburse the problematic fees accordingly. It's an error which has happened before so am wondering if it's the same glitch, but there is nothing worse than receiving a huge Fee invoice which shouldn't be; so this post here is to say thank you once again for the great and personal support I received today with a swift resolution on a Saturday - yes, a Saturday!

    What browser are you using?

    It used to be an issue with Firefox if the Back button was used following an error on submitting a listing. I used to be able to consistently duplicate the problem, but since eBid changed the way errors are reported, I no longer can.

    I had that prob tonight for the first time in ages. I had actually just listed then went to check the Fees/Invoices (can't remember why?) and saw the Ł1 charge. Any time I've had this problem, the boyz have returned my fees PDQ - no questions. Not expecting it to be fixed until Monday though - only listed at 00.30 am!

    99% of the time I use Firefox.
    I don't know what caused the invoice error, but the listings involved were during the same input session. Worryingly though, since I 7-day autorepost, the number of reposts were more than the Initial Featured Postings quantity... how could that be?!

    eBid have reimbursed - no worries there for the wonderful service they provide, but two features I would like to see since this experience is a "Cancel without saving" button during editing (so you don't have to click the back button to escape mid-edit) as well as "View Featured Listings" in my Auctions Running. (I had to view as a buyer & search BlossomTree to find the gremlin listings)

    Good on you guys! Fees removed early this morning.

    Must just add that while I was listing this auction, a Flashplayer crashed, everything froze for a few minutes then went back to normal when I sent a crash report. Don't really have a Scooby what I'm talking about - just what appeared on my screen!

    While it has never happened to me, and I have not heard of it happening at all for a long while, I still always check the fees in Preview before I submit a listing. Or, if I am doing an edit and save without previewing it, cast an eye on the Listing Type box to ensure it it is selected as I intend before saving the changes.

    I really thought they had nailed this one down.
