Help needed please!!!!!!!!!!

Hello can someone out there help me please I have tried to open my last shop and it says that I have 5 shops already. For the life of me I can't see how!!! I have opened the drop down menu and there is ony 4 shops in there online and the 5th one says off line. obviously this is the shops I wish to fill with the rest of my items.
Can someone tell me where I am going wrong please!!! or failing that how do I get hold of the peeps who run ebid!

I see 4 shops too. Have you tried listing in the 5th offline store and changing it to online? You have to have at least 1 item listed in a store for it to show as online.

Thank You Both I have now worked out thr problem, Sorry was having a dyed blonde moment lol I had named the shop same as someone else duh! All sorted out now Thank Goodness.

It can be quite stressful when you're first learning how things work and what to do. I'm still learning now lol
