None of my items are showing on Google Shopping any more

Haven't checked for any of my items in some time, maybe something to do when I get my clock battery fixed. Off to the pc repair guy again, sigh...

Have you tried e mailing Google and asking when your store exemption will be granted? Might not do any good, but it might not hurt to give it a go.

My stores have not been exempted but my items are showing up in Google shopping. One thing I noticed though is when I search for an item such as Snowbabies Time Out.....my item is the only one that does not show the total price with shipping costs. The other listings from other sites do. I wonder if this is something eBid needs to check out with Google. I have all my items with calculated shipping so I'm not sure why the shipping is not showing like other listings from other sites.

After contacting support about my exemption applications, they informed me that all my stores have been rejected
because I don't have any listing examples on Google Shopping. I'm waiting for a reply from support as to why all
of my listings are not on Google Shopping. I thought listings are uploaded to Google automatically through eBid

eBid are looking into this.

Seems where all in the same boat.. i filled out the form over 10 days ago and still have not heard anything, also checked my store and no exemption has been granted I'm sure 90% of my new business cane from the shopping as even though both the Ebid shop and my online shop are on the first page for the products i sell Ive had no sales in over a month Sales stopped as soon as items disappeared. Shall I contact customer support and ask them if there is a problem?

It wouldn't hurt. I think the more they know who is affected the more likely they will get something done quick (I hope).

I just emailed google to see if I can upload myself like I used to since ebid doesn't seem to be anymore

No and eBid told me that Google told them I have no items showing in Google shopping.

I am in a simialr situation. I don't have a store just a user - but I only sell one type of item so don't need to separate into stores. I have now applied to Google twice for exemption - over a week apart - and 7 days since last application, but my GSIN is still showing as a number, so no exemption yet. And nothing of mine visible on Google.
When you talk about Customer Support are you talking about Google or ebid?
I have over 4700 items here and no sales for months and even more worrying no-one seems to be viewing - I need the wider visibility that Google offers

What a mess. I too will contact support about this, and hope the problem is resolved soon.
