Sounds like ebid's problem, not google. Is there any forum discussion going on here where ebid is letting us know what is happening?

Sad thing is something like this could be the end of Ebid Seriously gutted
I saw that someone mentioned uploading items directly into google shopping.. anyone know how this is done? Any help would be appreciated. This is usually mu busiest time of year and ive sold nothing for weeks, yes maybe the economy has something to do with that but things just died when the google shopping died

Was querying this problem on another thread. At least now I know I'm not the only one with this problem. Haven't had a sale in weeks and can't find the vast majority of my items when I search on Google. Two items are available ONLY on eBid India. There's a major problem somewhere.

I am in a simialr situation. I don't have a store just a user - but I only sell one type of item so don't need to separate into stores. I have now applied to Google twice for exemption - over a week apart - and 7 days since last application, but my GSIN is still showing as a number, so no exemption yet. And nothing of mine visible on Google.
When you talk about Customer Support are you talking about Google or ebid?
I have over 4700 items here and no sales for months and even more worrying no-one seems to be viewing - I need the wider visibility that Google offers

This issue relates to several eBid customers. We are looking at various options to resolve this issue.

Well I'm glad you heard something from support, Jan. I sent them an email earlier today but have not heard back from them. I have a feeling it involves more than several customers.
