Am not sure that we have a choice in this.

Either let Iran carry on with their nuclear programme and the possibiilty of having nuclear weapons, or putting an end to it now.

The original ''Nuclear club'' of USA, UK, USSR (now Russia), China and France are under the terms of the NPT.

Now we have Pakistan, India and North Korea all conducted Nuclear Tests.
Iran could be next in line to do this.

It is a scary list.

A Dystopian world of constant war and economic suffering to keep the general populace occupied and busy.
The public are under constant surveillance and control. Every few weeks the economic screw is twisted just a little more?
