how to cancel transaction, please advise

PLease can someone advise how to cancel transaction. I am bit suspicious about buyer because he wants delivery of item to alternate address then PayPal address.I would prefer to cancel transaction and issue full refund. Any advise would be appreciated as I can not find any resolution centre option. Thanks,

I replied to your other thread before seeing this one. To contact Support click Help button (top right of page). Click Contact Us. Fill in the form. You will then be emailed with a Ticket Number and someone will look into your query and get back to you by email. Support are usually very quick - depending on workload of course but very quick none the less. You can also email direct at support@ebid dot net.

or you can just add him to your blocked buyer list then that will delete any bids he has made :P easiest and quickest way .

ask the buyer to change there paypal adress to the one they want the item delivered too you wont be covered by seller protection if you send to a unconfirmed address if the buyer is new to you and new to the site i would not send, it takes them 2 mins to change there address at paypal

I'm not precisely sure what it is that you are concerned about, OP. I've shipped to alternate addresses for buyers more than once and have never had a problem. Have you asked the buyer to verify to which address they wish the item shipped? Of course, if it is an item known to be highly desired by fraudsters I might want to have them add the address to their PayPal accounts. Not sure I'd rush to cancel a sale though.

Oh! I'm presuming that the address isn't in Nigeria or some place known to be a scammer haven.
