agreed, I had a sale with exactly the same issue, they didnt reply to ebid messages or pay, but once I contacted them directly via email, it all got sorted.
If you have sent three payment reminders and they have not replied, then you can get your FVF refunded by ebid (just contact support@ebid.net with all relevant information). If they end up not replying on any score then do leave appropriate feedback of course.
Yeah try contacting them through the email. Oh and send payment reminders. 3 payment reminds and you can file a non-payment if you owed any fees and the person doesn't pay eBid should give them back/credit your account.
If you did it for free you should still do the non-payment claim just so eBid has a record of the individual doing this.
If they actually find a couple of minutes it takes to reply to an email like a civilized adult person and explain that they didn't know something, purchased in error, or in some other way were being a stupid newbie(this is me being nice) act like an adult and try to be polite back.
Sometimes it seems that some sellers are looking to swing, and part of me agrees with it, but that is the childish side. I know it will be harder for some but lets try to act like civilized adults. It will be better for the sites image.
If they don't even bother to contact you on the other hand SWING HARD.
Will see if I can hunt down an external email for them. Thanks guys. If they did purchase by accident then that's ok, these things happen. No skin off my nose. I just like to know, you know? Don't want them thinking I'm slow at getting items out if they think they already paid or something
edit: I just checked their profile and there is no email. But I sent another payment reminder and another internal ebid email asking for size/colour and payment.

I've just had the same thing happen to me. Dead bidder with no response to email or payment reminders.
My question is, after filing the NPB reports, do I still have to contact eBid separately by opening a support ticket to cancel the FVF I was charged for the auctions? Or that by submitting the reports eBid will automatically cancel the fees for me?
