Winter Storms

I must be going nuts. Today - again - listening and watching the weather forecast on TV, it stated that the winds and rain "would pick up again later". Where am I - on the bleedin MOON? Helloo!!! The wind as been battering my windows all day and I can hardly see outside for driving rain - which hasn't really stopped all day! I'm only on the 5th floor but I can feel the tower swaying. I'dhate to be on the 12th!
