I paid 249.99 USD + 44.70 for Priority mail trough Google Checkout.
After 20 days I have nothing. I discovered that the shipment was done with the first class international not insured mail which is cheaper, slower, not registered, not insured and without tracking.
After I wrote the seller, he gave me back the difference between priority and first class mail.
He also wrote that he cannot give me back the full amount before he can open a lost mail clam with USPS (he wrote: one month after the mailing). But, again, I discovered that USPS does not accept Inquires for First-Class Mail International. They were accepted if the mailing was done with Priority mail. So I can truly say that the seller is a lier.
I cannot track the package and I do not know if it is lost. I want my money back. Before I start a legal action what can I do?
I can provide all details.
