    O.P. Have you tried checking with your customs office? Could it be sitting there because a wrong form was used or because shipping something of this value via first class international violated some rule? I've heard that items over a certain dollar amount are often hung up in customs.

    Well…as can you see…I am just back….shortly before 2 AM…took me about 15 min. to go back in my place because all stop lights is ‘’open’’ for me…....is very nice outside January 6. And we have right now 40 and dry…tomorrow will be 60…no cold weather in the sight…is very nice to work for yourself: no boss, no exactly working time, no tax, to time break of 15 min. and after that work 4 hours and lunch break and after that work again couple hours...I don't like that....just go in...work..finish...1 hour or 1 and half and go home...

    Thanks luvintage. The parcel has not tracking system so I cannot contact the custum office until I do not receive from them a request for the payment of custom rights. The limit for first class international is 400 USD, so my parcel is a little below

    Nice discussion, but it does not help me so much. Do you know if a claim with google checkout is possible and effective?

    I don't use google......so don't know. Someone else may know, but in the meantime, I would try to ferret out the info on the google payment site where you paid..........start with info on your receipt, I guess. Good luck!

    Hi, sorry to hear about your experience. Having never used Google checkout I can't say for sure what their procedure is, but I'm assuming they have a claims filing process similar to Paypal's; I'd contact Google checkout ASAP to file a claim against the seller and get your money back.

    Oh and you may want to report this to eBid support: support@ebid.net so they can look into the matter. Don't forget to leave appropriate fb.
