i have had a seller not recive his/her item and then left me a neutral feedback as an attempt to contact me about said item not recived.
I have had exactly the same, although from a buyer, not a seller. Although them I PMed them immediatly I saw the feedback, and they replied within an hour or two, they claimed they had PMed me in the past (no messages ever recieved, and I have never had any other problems with the AAL messaging so who knows...) It wasnt jonesypower1975 was it?

Once a sale has been made, both parties emails are visible. The aal doesn't have to be used to communicate.Seems to me they didn't try very hard!

Bit surprised a seller didnt know about where to find it on the aal drop-down.

Maybe they were using the term very loosely and meant 'lister'

Even if the neg is undeserved, one's reaction tells people something. In that light I'd be inclined to remove the "go figure", which is an understandable reaction but looks a bit off - the simple fact of a non-paying buyer would be enough to reassure potential buyers.
    Agree 110%.

Best wishes for many sales to all,

NEUTRAL FEEDBACK one sure way to bring down your feedback score fast....Had buyer leave neutral for each of the items they purchases (AUCTION STYLE) 'i paid to much', also filed pp dispute as not as described before items were received ?? The question is do I have to limit the number of items purchased from a buyer, so if something goes astray I would not get multiple feedback's for the ONE item that went astray? a neutral = negative
