I joined a week ago. have been accessing the account and everything has been fine til today...I had not recieved any requests for more information from ebid through my account when I did have access nor did I get any emails to my regular email account from ebid requesting any documents.
I am unable to login to my account. I sent a mesage to support at ebid and was told that I should try logging in and then follow the upload option when that will show up so I can give them documentation for my registered details. I do not get this upload option. I have tried responding to the emails from support@ebid.net and do not get any response. I tried requesting more information or another option to upload my info to support@ebid.net and still don't get a response.
Does anyone know their hours? OR how I can get the info to them so I can gain access to my account again?!
I am very confused and now frustrated...Any help would be greatly appreciated.
