Hi i joined last August but not spent much time on here, purchased a seller + account and have put listings but dont seem to sell even thou my prices r quite low so ive been taking off and listing elsewhere wher i have 100% seller rating but am sick of the high fees lol. im currently listing stock on my stores and really want to give it my best shot. Any hints, ideas or help on how i can promote sales would be greatly welcomed. plus please add me as a friend thanx. mel x

Put a link to your items on your postings.Use photos on your listings.Welcome and good luck.Seems a bit strange at first but you soon get the hang of it all.

Some helpful suggestions:

1) Offer international shipping whenever possible, as this increases your potential customer base.
2) Offer combined shipping when possible on items.
3) List as many items as possible: more listings=more buyer choices=more potential sales.
4) Add a signature link to your forum posts, so members can click to view your listings.
5) Use social networking (as Twitter, Facebook, blog, etc.) to promote your items - this is VERY important, as eBid doesn't yet have the visibility of some other sites, especially in the U.S..
6) Let former customers on other sites know you're selling here.
7) Mention eBid.net to anyone and everyone you meet, (friends, family, people you run into wherever).
8) Use Plug Your Auctions (1x per 24 hours) to advertise your listings.
9) Get involved in eBid via the forums, YDC, etc..
10) Fill in your About Me page with shipping/return policies, some brief info. about yourself, your business, etc. as buyers like to know a bit about sellers.
11) Read the Help pages and also Astral's guide for newbies for helpful info..

I notice you have no gallery photo's. A lot of people won't bother looking at auctions without gallery photo's.
if i was you i'd add them. I was told this when i first started on here, (also not using pics). Things did pick up once i started using them.

Apart from that your auctions look good.
