Shock Horror - eBid cap stolen by sneak thief.

    #1 Accosted outside the Palace.
#2 Sil attempts bribery to make it go away!
#3 Bro secures our caps release from the critter, using a full Nelson & figure of 4 toe hold. ( the elephant dribble will wash out)

And so! on to St Philomena's Cathedral

#1 But first, "we must check this out" (I think someone got herself a birthday present?)
#2 The Cathedral - Batman's home when in India.
#3 Don't stand under the 2 huge working bee hives at the stained glass windows.
#4 And onward to the restaurant for that special birthday treat. Y.U.M.
    #5 Plus Pina Coladas
#6 Not to dip out - Cheers with a couple of Old Monk Rums & Thums-up cola!

Second Sucadot, love the elephant and the amazing architecture. Oh and the hottie looks good in every shot.

Best wishes for many sales to all,

In answer to this question from HerMajesty earlier, this link to Wikipedia should do the trick.

    Chamundi Hill - Mysore:

The 1,062 meter hill overlooks Mysore with great views of the city.
Also has several temples & markets/stores etc.
    Chamundi is a Hindu Goddess.

#1 Another Maharajahas' Palace. (The last Maharajaha of Mysore had 3 palaces, all of which can be seen from the hill)
    #2 Looking back to Mysore.
#3 Unfortunately - where tourists gather, so do some crooks.
    #4 Another city view.
#5 The main temple of Shri Chamundeshwari (features a 40 meter gopuram or entrance way)
#6 Devotee's file in for worship.
#7 Not all temples are as elaborate.
#8 But still attract large numbers for prayers.
    #9 Bro & Chamundi herself.
#10 Meanwhile, Sil & friend narrowly avoid stepping in "IT"

    Bindi mark & all

#1 Outside the Sri Mahabaleshwara Temple (Bro gets his bindi mark & gives blood for Shiva)
#2 Some temple roof construction works.
    #3 Chamundi Hill street scene.
    #4 LOOK OUT - he's behind you!
#5 This lady hand rolls 7,000 incense sticks per day. Whew!
#6 Statue of the God Nandi (one on the left) 5 meters high & built in 1659
#7 Back in town visiting the silk factory with some of the staff.
#8 Sil glad to be back in the hotel foyer (with her bindi mark) & looking forward to another Pina Colada

Good one Pink - and you may be correct.
Bro did say that he's pretty sure all the tigers were shot out in this area many years ago - unfortunately
